What began as a humble venture, shuttling athletic teams to victory across state lines, has now evolved into a thriving enterprise that fuels the success of corporations nationwide and caters to executives on a global scale. 

Daniel Perez is not just a CEO; he is an innovator who constantly seeks fresh avenues to make a positive impact on both communities in need and his cherished family. Beyond his corporate endeavors, he wears multiple hats as a dedicated podcaster and a passionate entrepreneur. 

When he’s not busy shaping the future of transportation and business, Daniel cherishes his free time spent embarking on epic adventures alongside his two young boys, creating cherished memories and fostering a strong family bond. 

Brendan McNiff, the distinguished President of DPV Transportation Worldwide, a seasoned professional with a remarkable legacy in patient and rider logistics spanning over three decades. 

Brendan’s expertise extends across continents, having navigated the intricacies of logistics not only in the United States but also in Canada, Europe, and Asia. His extensive knowledge and global perspective have been instrumental in shaping DPV Transportation into the industry leader it is today. 

Beyond the boardroom and the fast-paced world of transportation, Brendan’s heart belongs to his beloved family. He finds solace and joy in the company of his wife and four children when he’s not immersed in his professional pursuits. With Brendan McNiff at the helm, DPV Transportation continues to excel and innovate in the ever-evolving landscape of patient and rider logistics. 

Tess has been an integral part of the DPV Transportation team since 2018, serving as the Head of People. In this pivotal role, she assumes responsibility for the oversight of DPV’s Human Resources department, which encompasses talent management, recruitment, compensation and benefits, HR operations, employee engagement, and labor relations. Her educational background in Psychology from Salem State University, combined with her HR career that took root in 2015, has provided Tess with a strong foundation for her current HR leadership. 

Tess boasts an impressive track record of assembling high-performing teams and collaborating closely with business leaders to craft talent strategies that thrive in dynamic and ever-changing environments. Her contributions are instrumental in DPV Transportation’s continued success. 

Beyond the professional realm, Tess treasures moments spent with her family. She’s also an avid adventurer, often taking her Jeep Wrangler on thrilling off-roading escapades. 

Marcela is a highly-skilled and experienced manager who handles all the day-to-day administrative needs of the Boston office. Prior to joining DPV, Marcela attended college in Colombia and worked as a lawyer. She received two master’s degrees, one in criminal law and the other in environmental law. Marcela specialized in Conciliation, Mediation, and Conflict Resolution, and participated in numerous seminars on International Humanitarian Law and other legal topics. Marcela has been with DPV since 2012, starting out as a van chauffeur before being promoted to account manager in 2018 and then office manager in 2020.  

Marcela is from Colombia and is the youngest of five children. By nature, she feels called to take care of others. When she’s not at work with her DPV Family, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones and being active outdoors. Above all, she loves to dance! 

Juan Carlos Morales is the founder and Managing Partner of Surfside Capital Advisors LLC (SCA), an advisory firm that works closely with DPV to plan ongoing strategies and provide support to overall success of DPV Transportation.

He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers after graduating cum laude from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is a first-time passer of the National Uniform CPA examination. In 2016 he was appointed by Governor Baker to serve on the Board of Directors of Massachusetts Development Corporation (MassDev). He serves on the executive committee of the Board of the Alliance for Business Leadership as well as on the Boards of Eastern Bank and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. He is the co-founder of The Latino Legacy Fund at The Boston Foundation and the Boston Chapter of the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA).

Andres has been the IT Manager at DPV since 2019. In his role, he is responsible for ensuring all systems are functioning properly (phones, apps, computers, etc.). He can provide solutions to various types of tasks in a work area by applying analysis to the construction of technical and computer solutions.  

Prior to joining DPV, Andres studied Telecommunications Engineering in Colombia. He has knowledge in design, implementation, and management of computer networks, as well as design and development in mobile applications. When Andres is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and acquiring knowledge in software development. 

Wilfredo Guzman, our dedicated CDL School Program Director, bringing over a decade of invaluable experience in the transportation industry to our team. 

Wilfredo embarked on his journey as a Warehouse Supervisor, where his commitment and exceptional skills paved the way for a rapid promotion to Manager. His unwavering dedication led him to a pivotal role as Operations Manager in another prominent transportation company, where he expertly orchestrated all logistics operations. 

In his current capacity as Program Director for the esteemed Boston CDL School, Wilfredo assumes a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of our institution, ensuring its smooth operation and success. 

Beyond the professional arena, Wilfredo finds solace and fulfillment in the embrace of his cherished family. He also nurtures his passion for martial arts during his leisure time, a testament to his commitment to personal growth and discipline. 

Wilfredo Guzman’s rich background and dedication make him an invaluable asset to our CDL School, furthering our mission to empower future transportation professionals with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive. 

George is an integral part of DPV as the VIP Desk Manager. He oversees the black car division and works to ensure every trip meets DPV’s high standards and values. George has been with the company since 2017 and brings many years of customer service experience to the team. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. 

Dominique Cornwell, Operations Manager at DPV, embarked on her journey with the company in 2020, starting as a non-CDL driver. Since then, she has achieved her CDL license and now holds a pivotal role as an operations assistant and supervisor for  contracts within DPV’s New York office. 

Dominique’s responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum, including project management, workflow coordination, and handling correspondence. In addition to her administrative duties, she plays a crucial role in supervising employees, overseeing their daily tasks, duties, and routines, ensuring the smooth operation of DPV’s contracts. 

She has extensive experience in leadership, marketing, program development, and design. Dominique received her Bachelor of Science degree in photography and received additional training in graphic design, web development, and user experience. She has a passion for traveling and enjoys playing tennis. 

Devin, the Massachusetts Accounts Manager, joined DPV Transportation in August 2023, boasting an impressive 18-year track record in Operations Management. His expertise spans diverse sectors, including film, manufacturing, production, retail, and franchises. As a seasoned Genba-focused operations specialist, Devin possesses an unyielding commitment to fostering communicative, efficient, and cohesive teams and systems. His exceptional ability to implement insightful corrective actions and make intentional decisions is propelling DPV Transportation to unprecedented heights. 

A devoted Bostonian by heart, Devin’s dedication extends beyond the workplace. When he’s not driving operational excellence or spending quality time with his family, you’ll find him indulging his passion for Skeeball, where he once ranked as high as #11 in the world in 2019. He’s also a fervent supporter of the Boston Bruins and occasionally challenges himself with a 10k run. 

Tolly Ochanda, has been a Manager at DPV Transportation since March 2023. Tolly’s role revolves around ensuring the impeccable reliability and quality of our transportation services for our MA and NH locations. Equipped with an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, which was attained in 2018, Tolly has cultivated a wealth of knowledge and experience in transportation operations management. 

Colleagues recognize Tolly as a hardworking, organized individual with exceptional communication skills. Tolly’s ability to consistently deliver projects on time and within budget stands as a testament to their competence and dedication. 

Beyond the professional arena, Tolly is an ardent sports enthusiast who remains active and takes particular delight in following various sports, with rugby being a personal favorite. 

Michael Copans is the General Manager, who joined DPV in 2022. With over a decade of expertise in the executive chauffeured transportation industry, he embarked on his journey as a dispatcher and steadily ascended through the ranks. His career has seen him at the helm of organizations in major markets across the nation, including Boston, MA, New York, NY, Washington D.C., and Los Angeles, CA. 

Michael’s primary objective is to harness operational efficiencies and foster a culture of collaboration to ensure every customer receives a truly unique and memorable transportation experience. When he is not working, Michael’s passions extend to travel and quality time with his family. 

Joel Bowen, DPV’s Director of Operations. Joel embarked on his journey in DPV Operations in 2022 and currently holds the reins over DPV’s contractual affairs in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. With a remarkable career spanning over a decade, he has consistently demonstrated his mastery in propelling organizations to greater success. Joel’s versatile expertise extends to skillfully supervising large teams of 100 or more employees, nurturing relationships, and providing invaluable coaching and mentorship to ensure the seamless execution of company protocols. His prowess truly shines in his ability to collaborate efficiently with management teams to bring daily organizational objectives to fruition. 

Joel is a proud holder of a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General, earned from American International College. 

Tracy has been with DPV since 2023. In this role of Safety & Compliance Tracy oversees DPV’s Safety & Compliance for the corporation. Tracy’s 7 years background in law enforcement in the USMC and 30 years of Operations and safety and compliance including Corporate Schools facilitator.  Tracy has an excellent track record of operational excellence and making and or exceeding all safety and operational metrics while increasing production and exceeding safety injuries and crash reductions. Working with my teams and coaching them to excel as a leader within the management team. Worked with other cross functional teams to exceed as a group to make our matrix as a region. Worked within in by business developing team to grow the business within my customer base in the seacoast of NH. When not working, he enjoys spending time with my family and taking time with his grandchildren in the RV.
