DPV Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions
1. General Program Overview
The DPV Rewards Program (“Program”) is a discretionary customer loyalty initiative offered by DPV Transportation Worldwide (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Participation in the Program is subject to the following terms and conditions, which we reserve the right to amend, modify, or terminate at any time without prior notice.
2. Membership & Eligibility
a) Enrollment in the Program is available to individuals and business entities that utilize DPV Transportation Worldwide Inc. services and provide complete and accurate information at the time of registration.
b) The account holder must ensure that the designated email address provided at the time of enrollment is consistently used for all booking activities to accumulate and redeem points.
3. Accrual of Reward Points
a) Points shall accrue at a rate of one (1) point per two (2) U.S. dollars ($2.00) spent on qualifying DPV Transportation services, excluding taxes, gratuities, fees, and surcharges.
b) A bonus of ten (10) points shall be applied per successfully booked and completed trip, in addition to the per-dollar accrual structure.
c) The Company reserves the right to audit and adjust point balances at any time in cases of suspected errors, fraud, or misuse.
4. Redemption & Restrictions
a) The minimum threshold for points redemption is 140,000 points.
b) Points are not transferrable between accounts and may not be pooled, sold, assigned, gifted, or otherwise exchanged.
c) Points are exclusively redeemable for qualifying DPV Transportation services and hold no monetary value, meaning they cannot be redeemed for cash, refunds, credits, or non-DPV goods/services.
d) Redemption of points is contingent upon service availability, and the Company does not guarantee the ability to use points for specific trips, dates, or services.
5. Expiration & Forfeiture
a) All points earned shall expire exactly two (2) years from the date they are accrued if not redeemed.
b) In the event of account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) months, all accumulated points shall be deemed forfeited without compensation.
c) Points shall also be forfeited in cases where the participant’s account is closed, suspended, or determined to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
6. Limitations of Liability
a) DPV Transportation shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, unauthorized use, or improper crediting of points.
b) Participation in the Program does not guarantee continued access to rewards, and we retain the unilateral right to amend the Program structure, earning rates, redemption rules, or overall availability at our sole discretion.
c) Under no circumstances shall DPV Transportation be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program, including but not limited to lost business opportunities, missed rewards, or expired points.
7. Program Modifications & Termination
a) The Company reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program in whole or in part at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to operational changes, regulatory requirements, or business necessity.
b) In the event of Program termination, participants shall have no recourse for compensation, refund, or conversion of points to cash or alternative benefits.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
a) These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
b) Any dispute arising under or in connection with the Program shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, conducted in Boston, Massachusetts, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Participants waive the right to bring claims in court or participate in class actions.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the DPV Rewards Program, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

1. What is the DPV Rewards Program?
DPV Rewards is our new loyalty program designed to thank our clients for riding with us. Every time you book a trip, you earn points that can be redeemed for future DPV services, from black cars to charter buses.
2. How do I join the program?
Enrollment is free and easy! Simply sign up here
3. Who is eligible to participate?
The program is available to all current and future DPV clients. Whether you’re booking a one-time trip or have a long-term contract with us, you can earn rewards.
4. How do I earn points?
You earn points every time you book a DPV service. The number of points depends on the service type and booking value. Details on point accumulation are outlined in Section 3 of our Terms & Conditions.
5. How can I redeem my points?
Points can be redeemed for DPV services, such as shuttle rentals, black car bookings, or charter buses. Once you’ve collected enough points, you can apply them toward your next booking.
6. Where can I check my point balance?
Your points balance will be available through your DPV account. We’ll also send you regular updates by email.
7. Do my points expire?
Yes, points have an expiration date. Please review section 5 of the Terms & Conditions
8. Is there a cost to participate?
No, the program is completely free.
9. What if I experience a problem with my points?
Since this is a BETA program, occasional glitches may occur. If you notice an error with your point balance or redemption, please contact camilo.atkinson@dpvtransportation.com
10. Can companies and individuals both join?
Yes. The DPV Rewards Program is open to both individual travelers and corporate accounts. Corporate clients can even accumulate points across their team’s bookings.
11. Can I transfer or share my points?
At this time, points are non-transferable and tied to the account holder.
