MEET & GREET (M&G) SERVICE:
A professional greeter will hold a welcome sign and assist the guest with navigation, including directions to amenities and baggage claim. They will help with luggage and introduce the guest to the driver. The driver will assist the guest into the vehicle while the greeter handles the baggage.

• For standard transfers: the greeter will not accompany the guest to the destination.

• For bus charters: the greeter will ride along as an onboard concierge to assist the driver and ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the journey.

CURBSIDE PICKUP:
The driver will stand outside the vehicle with a sign displaying the guest’s name for easy identification.

INSIDE PICKUP:
The driver will wait just beyond the security checkpoint or at the baggage claim area, holding a name sign as specified by the guest.

MEET & GREET (M&G):
A designated greeter will meet the guest with a name sign, assist with directions to baggage claim and amenities, and help with luggage. The greeter will introduce the guest to the driver and ensure the guest is comfortably seated while they handle the bags.

• For standard vehicle transfers: the greeter’s service concludes at pickup.

• For bus or group charters: the greeter will remain onboard to act as a concierge, assisting the driver and enhancing the guest experience throughout the trip.
