Your bus transported 48 New York City public school students and six chaperons back home from a convention. I wanted to write to thank you for a wonderful experience. Your Reservations Department was prompt in responding to our inquiries during the booking process. Your Dispatch Department not only followed through with communicating our instructions to our driver, but this department was also patient and understanding as I called to confirm and re-confirm the arrival of our bus. I want to especially make note of the professionalism that was demonstrated by your driver Tony. Tony arrived early and immediately called to confirm the location of the pick-up point. Tony was kind and accommodating – he was professional not only towards me but also the 48 teenagers that he transported. The trip was comfortable, timely and safe.
