Your bus transported 48 New York City public‑school students and six chaperones back home from a convention. I wanted to write to thank you for a wonderful experience. Your Reservations Department was prompt in responding to our inquiries during the booking process. Your Dispatch Department not only followed through with communicating our instructions to our driver, but was also patient and understanding as I called to confirm and reconfirm the arrival of our bus.

I especially want to note the professionalism demonstrated by your driver, Tony. Tony arrived early and immediately called to confirm the location of the pick‑up point. He was kind and accommodating—professional not only toward me but also toward the 48 teenagers he transported. The trip was comfortable, timely, and safe.
